Having a Sense of Humor with Parkinson's

It's pretty hard to have when one is hurting and facing dire circumstances. I found humour really helped me when facing cancer, particularly when sharing with people who very often had no clue what to say. I greatly admire Michael J. Fox for his humour and efforts, but also for his honesty. He certainly doesn't subscribe to toxic positivity and had no compunction in letting and interviewer know  not so long ago that he is at times sick of making lemonade.
